STUCK ON ELVIS FAN CLUB MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 13, 2011

Paul and Pam Hannigan.Eileen called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. and asked if there were any corrections to minutes and there were none.
Earlene gave the treasure's report with a balance of $350.74.
The 40/40 pot was won by Shirley Brozzolki with the club receiving $8.00 plus.
Shirley donating $6.00 of her share to the club, for a total of $14.00.
JoAnn gave a report on the Kansas City Municipal Auditorium's 75th celebration, and noted that Jeff Bergen did an excellent job of singing the two songs.
Earlene read a letter received from the City Mission thanking us for the $100 donation.
Eileen displayed the 2 nd place trophy received at the October 29 Independence Halloween Parade for the Open Division Costumed Group.
We voted to send $20.00 to Graceland for the staircase poinsettia and Presley Place. Sever articles pertaining to Elvis were displayed.
Our December 11 meeting will be at the Hometown Buffet, 40 Hiway and Noland Rd, 5:00 p.m.
Each member will pay their own bill of $12.50 which includes gratuity. There will be a $12 to $15 gift exchange if you choose to participate. Please bring canned foods for the Harvesters.
Club dues of $15.00 are to be paid in January.

December 3, Bobby Simkins Christmas show in the Masonic Building
February 2, Elvis Lives in the Lied Theatre, Lawrence, Kansas
March 10, Million Dollar Quartet in Kauffman Center, Kansas City.
March 22, Million Dollar Quartet, Kauffman Center, City. Eileen has reserved 15 tickets,
cost is $59.00December 11, our Christmas gift exchange meeting, $15.00 limit.
There is a person, Tim Meyer, in Blue Springs selling Elvis items that his mother collected. If you are interested, call: 229-4931.
